If I have on a "Dream" helm and I shoot into a group of monsters with FA, will the monsters that get hit by the FA Splash dmg get the "Dream" lightning dmg as well? Also, Same question but with elemental dmg charms and any other item.

I don't think so... Only the arrow itself triggers any kind of mods, and charm damage.

I'm thinking it's only the element of the attack.

Cold charms to freezing arrow, fire charms to exploding arrow.
