Rest of Skill Points for my FrozenOrb/Firewall sorc

Hi

I like to ask where should i put 11 skill points i got left after maxing frozenorb and firewall and both masteries...
In consideration i take Ice Bolt for sinergy FO or telekinesis for mana shield

one way give me around 20% to dmg other 20% to life i think... so what should be my decision?

also i got barbarian hireling what should i wanna get him socketed in his helm and armor? in weapon Flamebellow he got amn, head is tal rasha mask and armor is The Gladiator's Bane yet...
