Hey im thinking about making a javazon as my first character. Im starting back up after like a year break. So i dont have any gear, and i was just wondering how long u guys think it would take to get a set of titans revenge. Would i be better off making another character first and then using him till i can trade to titans revenge or what? thxn

Javazons can be a strong starting class, with Charged Strike and LF maxed, not much will pose a problem. Imbue Amazon-only javelins or try getting ones with Replenishes Quantity until you can use Titans.

Titans are easy to come by at this point of the ladder, even with a Nightmare Hellforge rune drop you can trade for a stack. Try getting a 'low Titans' if you are unlucky with the rune, they are cheaper to trade for and will get the job done until you can afford a better stack.

Shop +Javelin gloves at vendors for extra damage, make a Lore cirlet (+1 Skills, Mana Per Kill), get a magical zon amulet, Rhyme shield (Shael Eth), and slowly improve from here. Give +skills and +Mana After Kill priority. She will kill very effectively.

thanks so are javazons good enough to solo hell and stuff untwinked?

I actually started 2-3 weeks ago myself. I traded a few PGems for my pair of Titan's.

A Javazon can solo Hell untwinked, of course, but it's going to be a bit slow. With a pair of Titan's, you can go through Hell mode at a reasonable pace (with Jab).
