where to find items

A couple years ago I had a link to an amazing online utility which would tell you where to find a particular item. For example... a phase blad - where would it drop most likely? I can't find that link... does anyone have it?

Posted here because I'm talking statistical probably of an item falling.

I don't know about an online tool, but you can download ATMA from a stickied thread in the Single Player Forum. ATMA is a muling application for single player, but it also has a built in, up to date drop calculator.
