Buriza ias question

buriza needs 95 ias to get to 13 frames ( i think).

Does this include the already 80 ias on the buriza itself?

So inother words, do i need 15 ias to get buriza to 13 frames or the full 95 on other equipment for 13 frames?

yes it most certainly does....15 should be easy to find.
