Eth upped titans or just regular eth titans?

Just wondering since people think that the strength requirement is not worth it, is this true?

Personally I prefer a eth Balrog spear with 11 or 12 ls. Thats what I use. More damage than eth Titans

I use Eth Upped Titans for PVM. It requires only 97 Strength which isn't so bad, as you will want to have over 156 Strength for the best Monarch shields available, anyway (Stormshield, Phoenix, Spirit, 4x Faceted).

With Infinity merc, Griffons, and the top +Skills gear, your LF will clear screens with a little number of throws, meaning your Ethereal stack won't run out faster than it replenishes.

If you throw a lot (due to having low damage, poor gear), you may want a backup stack in stash just to make sure, as the Eth ones can't be repaired and waiting them to replenish would be a pain.
