Just click on "ok", since this is just a D2 error message.

could you elaborate on what it means.

I cannot exactly say that it is, since it can mean quite a few things. I think you should check a file named d2060538.txt, and press ctrl+f and enter "UNHANDLED_EXCEPTION" and you will find the time it occured. There will be something like "Fault Address" and in the end of that line, a file name. That file is the file that's got something wrong in it.

The unhandled exception error is infamous. It's sort of the generic error message - it could be any number of things. People tend to get them during baal runs, but the cure for that is often just typing in the game name slower, and I've gotten the unhandled error many times in many other situations.

Try the generic fixes:

1. Reinstall the game
2. Run scandisk
3. Defrag
4. Update drivers for all your hardware
5. Make sure your system is not overheating/overclocking

That last step helps me a lot. For me, the error seems to happen most often during marathon play - after a few hours of D2 my computer seems to get frazzled and starts popping out error messages every single game until I restart it.
