Pheonix Shield for PvM Java

Im going for this shield for my java, but have a question:

My plan was to use no mana leech because of the aura it gives. I was thinking of making my own, but if the lowest aura is enough for my mana recovery I think of bying a low Pheonix. So.. how fast does the aura work? Can I get by using a low aura or do I need a middle or high?

i wear a phoneix with my java and i love it.the ED and the aura is awesome. i only had like 6ml/ll on my zon and i never had a problem running out of each.

Works great with a jabber if you ignore block and focus on evade/dodge/avoid and good FHR. The Redemption keeps you going and the ED makes your pokes HURT! Throw on a nice Zon torch and the "minus enemy fire resist" will make sure the Inferno effect takes care of all those nasty physical immunes. Guillaume's, Gore Riders, Duress, and Titan's and you're good to go!
