Applications of Critical Strike

Quick question, does critical strike apply to the guided arrow skill?
Or, is this even a decent skill to be investing points into?

Yes to both questions. But remember, it applies only to physical damage, not elemental.

Critical works in pvp right? But does it get negated by psn?

no but it does get negated by a successful deadly strike.

It's the other way around actually, but it doesn't have any effect on the resulting chance to do double dmg.
