Hey everyone, I quit playing Diablo 2 many months ago but I really want to get back into the game. I heard the Amazon was the best character to make if you didnt have any, and I mean any, items at all. Is this true? If not, then who is? Is it possible to make a character that can mf items if you have none to begin with? Thank you.

Nope, amazons aren't the best for starting out. yes belive it or not it's viable untweeked, still I'd probably go a sorc for faster mf at andy and meph ... or a fishymancer for safe area clearing.
