on my smiter i have grief/exile but on the switch i have cta/?spirit
should i add the extra 30ish str to use the spirit?
and what are some good pvp gloves/boots? for smiter

Why would you need 30 extra strength to use Spirit on a pally? Just make one in a low req Pally shield and use that instead of a monarch.

I second that. If it's on switch, you only need the spirit for the +2 boost to Bo, so there's no reason to worry about a shield with higher requirements than necessary.
