How do you charge desync

I think this has something to do with lag, and that's all I know. Some insight is apprecieted, thnx.

Desync happens when you move so fast the server cannot keep track of you and so your opponent can't tell where you are. To desync you just charge, although it works better if you charge with vigor on.
