Hotkey problem

I'm having trouble with my hotkeys for my hammerdin in pvp. Do I put blessed hammer on left or right click because I find it hard to put it on left and tele on people then spam. Some advice? Please.

Hammer on left.
Teleport/Concentration on right.

my pvp setup (though i'm a liberator -- keep that in mind)

a: conc (right)
s: tele (right)
d: town portal

z: charge (left - you probably want this hammers)
x: hammers (left - you probably want this charge)
c: holy shield (right)
v: vigor (right - rarely need it for desynching)

f1-f2: bc, bo

as soon as you tele, switch to conc. very fast.

Yea but when I tele on someone and switch to conc do I shift and hammer or try and namelock hammer them?

I like to desync alot so I use
a: charge
s: vigor
z:hammer
x: conc

so i can hit as to desync then zx to IBH
