Hurricane question

Does hurricane do cold damage or not? Some people say it does some people say its physical. Is it a mix of both or what? Thanks for your replies.

According to Blizzard, it deals cold damage only.

I can confirm it deals cold damage only as it doesn't hurt all those CIs at all.
