I made mine like that at first, but found I should max itemfind(horking) before I max WW or mastery. Thus I remade my GF MF barb.
My WW still isn't full atm.
You may like some natural resist when you can spare the points.

If youre makin a mf barb to squish bodies make sure you include fire eye an bone ash in your mf runs

Indeed very good advise. Mayhaps we should compile a short list of as much as possible 'easy access' bosses.
I like how you phrased that, 'squish bodies'. That about covers how I have allways seen this skill. :)
Though I vaguely recall somebody else making a similar list a while back, it probably doesn't hurt to make it again. Let's rate these on ease of finding.
Here's the list of easy to find bosses for a GF/MF barb :
---=== Warning, spoiler ahead ! ;) ===---
A) Council : Travincial WP
B) Fire Eye : Go to the Acrane WP and walk up the stairs (backwards if you will) to the Palace Cellar 3.(Unique Invader boss)
C) Bone Ash : Go to the Inner Coister WP and walk into the cathedral, you should find Bone Ash near the altar. (Green Poison Skeleton Mage)
D) Rakanishu : Stoney Field WP, look for the path, follow the path and keep checking your map for the Stones or the TP to Tristram.(Unique Carver boss)
E) Corpsfire : Go into the Blood Moor, follow the path to the Den of Evil, corpsfire is in there somewhere.(Unique Zombie boss)
F) Bishiboshi : Go to the cold plains, run around there and you will find the Carver camp, where a unique carver shaman can raise other carver shaman.
G) Stormtree : Go to the lower Kurast WP and walk 'backwards' towards the Flayer Jungle
On a scale of 1 to ten, 1 being the easiest to find :
A 1 (Solid, allways at the same place, ready to donate you some hydra's)
B 3 (He's not allways right on top of the portal, sometimes he's in the next room)
C 2 (easy to find, Ghost pack(with boss) around which are PI in Hell, so carefull)
D 4 (He's there, you know he is, but you still have to find the stones)
E 5 (Got to dig trough the Den)
F 4 (The camp isn't that hard to find, but you have to cover some ground)
G 2 (easy, allways there, just have to walk a bit from the WP)

Wow this helps a lot. Thank you. I always wondered who some non-big bosses were who I could kill for mf. If you have anymore keep postin.
BTW What kinda stuff should I have on my mf barb.
Some people say angelics and sigs

Good, easy to get gear MF barb :
Manald
Angelic ring
Angelic amulet
Angelic armor
Sig gloves
Sig belt
Sig boots
3 sock helm topaz
Steel, Snap or martel(high str req, so steel or snap would be preferred)
(Rather like the barb you already have Andrew. :) )
GF MF barb (my current fave) bit more expensive:
ml (+gf?) ring
Angelic ring
Angelic amulet
Goldskin
Chanceguards
Goldwrap
GF / MF boots
tarn
Steel, Snap or martel(high str req, so steel or snap would be preferred)
naturally the angelic amu and ring could be replaced with more GF or MF items, but the AR of Angelics makes you hit more and thus kill faster.
BTW What kinda stuff should I have on my mf barb. How bout this:
Build1
Bsnap
3 Ptopaz helm
Angelic ammy
Angelic mail
Angelic ring x2
Goldwrap
Chance guards
Gorefoot
Stats: +24 AR per clvl, 2ml, 40cb, 80fr, 30cr, 242mf among others.
Build2
Cleg sword
Cleg shield
Cleg gloves
3 Ptopaz helm
Tancred's ammy
Tancred's plate mail
Goldwrap
30 nagel or betterx2
25MF rare boot
Stats: Whatever else you got on boots, +10 AR per clvl, 6ml, 35cb, 30block, 15 all res, 265mf and more.

I would definately max item find, bo, ww and mace mastery. Mine has at least 1 point in fast run/walk skill and a few in natural res. Then again hes level 91. :afro:
I must say that eventhough lesser superuniques like rakanishu and bishibosh are fun to mf once in a while, u will get better drops from chaos sanctuary superuniques (vizier,de seis, infector) - it is worth it to do solo cs runs even if u have to face the dreaded iron maiden.
Oh and btw u could add that monkey that chills around the tree of inifuss to the list, he is fairly easy to find and drops well.

I didn't add him for personal reasons.
That I allways have trouble finding him. :)
I would classify him as a 5 at least, mebbe even a 6. Then again, I usually have trouble finding things. Andy and Meph, I don't even try.
You are right that he can drop nice things. Since I can't edit the post anymore, let's consider him added. I would still rate him a 5 though, since his little patch is smaller then the carver camp.

Id definately make a martel barb for that - the higher the damage the better.
You don't wana be wwing for hours in a pack of oblivion knights; ideally you want to be able to get rid of them with 1 ww.
Some people might prefer a lance but I personally dont like the low minimum damage and the very low(usually) durability of lances.
My mf barb uses all rares(except gwrap) but that might not work for everyone:
-30frw resists mf boots
-str/dex resists mf gloves
-gwrap
-mana/life steal resists mf rings
-life resists mf (ptopaz socket) armor - high defense doesnt hurt
-3 socket (ptopaz) grand crown or winged helm or death mask
-+1 or +2 mf ammy (with resists, mana/life steal, life if possible)
I guess the main idea is to get your mf as high as possible while not sacrificing your killing power and ability to survive.
-well of course you will die from iron maiden once in a while-
Really high mana/life steal can compensate for low resists especially while using a martel (pskull socket is good here).
Of course its possible to go for set items which are obviously less expensive.
I bet most people would suggest angelic armor and ring(s) and some pieces of the sigon set but ive never really used them so ill let someone else get into those details.
Chance guards (40% mf on perfect ones/200% gold find), tarn helm(+1 skill/50% mf on perfect/75% gold find), perfect nagels (30% mf) and goldskin(35% resists, 100% gold find) are also good options.
