Help with build

I'm new to the assassin....so I was wondering what build you would suggest.
I'm looking for ease of use, ability to solo without being destroyed, and ability to equip for a non-rich player. thanks in advance for all the help

Everyone seems to be saying that kickers are great fun. Im making my first sin aswell now and although not yet finished i see the potential. They can get pretty sturdy too. There is even a version for uber tristram somewhere on this forum. For reasonably cheap equip you can check C-Beats C/C Dtalon guide.

Others seem to enjoy furysins but i think those are much more pricey.

All in all id say just read through the guides sticky. Mostly authors say how viable their build is in hell and what makes it interesting.
