bramble sin vs fire sorc

I am very disappointed, because i can't make good pvp char. I play in private server. Most of pvpers use fire sorc and hammerdins. I want to make char that can beat these classes but i can't. I don't have enigma. My latest char was bramble sin:
bramble, shako, mara 2xchaos,spider,trang, sandstorm,2xraven, cta.
I can beat most hammers SLOWWW. Today i encountered fire sorc that play very defensively and i can't get her on my screen. She shooted fire balls 2 screens away from me, when i closed her she moves back. Any suggestions?

That is exactly why bramble wearing asns cant win vs defensive sorcs. Once you get enigma that changes things.
If you choose to stay a bramble build, keep enigma in the stash for such opponents or you wont ever win vs them.
There are a number of things you should probably change with your setup as well, for starters 2x chaos claws is a bad idea, use the primary claw for something with higher ow% and damage, fury is the common choice.
I recommed you read speederlanders guide, it should set you on the right track.
