7/3 v. 7/2 kicks

how much more effective is a 7/2 v a 7/3 kick?
the set up im going for is this:
dweb
andy's face
nos's coil
20/-20 shield
bramble
trangs
shadowdancers
a 10 fcr, ar ring
bk
cats eye

now my problem is this:
i have 50 ias and 2os socks that are empty
i could shael my dweb and 5/5 facet my andys and that equal 70 ias and a 7/2 kick. but this would hurt resale value
but i also have some 15 ias jewels that i could put in my andys and facet my dweb. making higher resale but only giving 65 ias and 2 ias away from a 7/3 kick ><

so basicaly its resale vs. efficeincy
any advice?

There are no 7/2 kicks, only 7/3.

I think you mean 8/3 vs 7/3 and in my experiences, 8/3 is PLENTY (no more though or you'll start suffering)...if you can get 7/3 without gear sacrifice all the power to you but it won't make any noticeable difference.

For resale, just hel/tp your items in the cube and sell them with clear sockets.

i know to clear sockets but id rather not lose a 5/5 die psn facet ~.~.
