I'd say that Tracul's offer is still a gross underbid, but that's because nubikoen's ISO list doesn't have a lot of high end items rather than Tracul intentionally trying to rip someone off. My personal motto is that a trade is only as good as the single best item I get in return. Too bad you're RWM nubikoen...if you weren't, the ensuing bid war would have made you a very rich man.

I know you throw a lot of things into your bids (worthy or not), but I wouldn't like to see you shy away from the Trade Forum because of accusations of being an 800lb gorilla (wether you are or not).

Item-related
1. Skillers: No use for the Sounding and Trainers (meaning I won't be making a singer barb/summon druid in the very far future :grin:)
2. I have a spare Nosferatu's, TO Girth, and 4x Nat's Helm so no worries there.
3. On the Mav's set, 4x Helm/8x Armor/3x Gauntlets/3x Belt, so no worries again :wink:
4. All items are not of high value individually, thats why my bid is in bulk :undecided:

Non Item-Related(Probably more significant to me compared to Item-Related)
1. I love helping (when I can)
2. All items are dust-collecting spares, so why not right? (somewhat similar concept of a giveaway)
3. I don't do this all the time (do i?)
4. Capitalist wealth
5. Gonna try a hammerdin after IK barb, it's a VERY nice GC, so need it I do (tho not immediately)

Certainly your point is right on jrlafrance, some misc points I need to make:
a. The above reasoning is not an item brag thingie.
b. Certainly hope there won't be any Hate Tracul the Gorilla Club.

Are you evil or wrong to do it? No - but it does make it hard to get in on things from time to time. The nature of any economy I suppose. It just becomes frustrating from time to time. That's my problem however, and not yours.

Mind you - if you offer 2 crowns of ages and 14 stones of jordan for a cracked club with fallen spit on the end I will fetch you a ding around the ear ;) Short of that - what the market will bear has always been the rule - and I don't doubt always shall be.

The problem is you are not trying to bid/get any ordinary item. That skiller is probably one of the most elite items in the game. Consequently it going to draw some serious bids. This most definately is the nature of economy. You can't expect to get a porche in RL for a candy bar and to expect it here is just silly.

If all you've got are candy bars you have two options, trade for things roughly the value of candy bars or go out and get something more valuable yourself.

Of course the good news is you don't need anything like this to beat the game.

@nubikoen sorry for the hijack. You've obviously got yourself a bidding war. I'm still considering an offer, do you have a closing date/time on mind?

I’m going to be brief I don’t have a lot of time for D2 this weekend.
I apologize in advance if I missed an offer or post, or screwed up on the values but I’ll do my best.

Jrlafrance’s perfect facet is very nice, the Natalya’s helmet and Trainer’s gc’s are not of the highest priority though. The Nosferatu’s Coil is not considered since Naab has it in the offer for Dragonscale.

OCAU_MIKLE’s offer’s best item is the war travellers
Salvo’s offer consist mainly of a lot of skillers when M’avina’s set, Natalya’s set (minus the helmet, but that’s low prio) and Nosferatu’s Coil are taken out of the equation. The sharp of greed is quite nice though.

Tracul’s Offer has the most of the high(er) priority items, namely high ed Fleshripper, Sounding gc of greed and Chilling gc.

Given the deal with Naab comes through the best offer for the LB of Vita is probably Tracul’s

However I feel it’s still quite low, I was expecting at least 1 or 2 tc 87’s (my own fault for not putting more in my ISO I suppose) plus quite a few of the lower needs, I was planning to have this charm finance at least a couple of characters.

Jrlafrance your facets were actually very tempting, you weren't as far off as you might think.
Salvo does a lot more trading than I do. Most of my stuff is self-found. I didn't have nearly as big a skiller stash as salvo always seems to have (even though most of my skillers I traded for). I probably don't play as much as Tracul does, so my general trading pool probably isn't as big as his. That is a very juicy piece you're trading though! Congratz to both of you!
