Looking for the best 1 handed weapon for a Martial Artist not using claws.
She is built like this... well about half way built like this.
20 Tiger strike, 20 Dragon Tail, 20 Shadow Master, 20 Blade Sheild, 5 Burst of speed.
Should I go with the "Breath of the dying" Berserker Axe/Storm Sheild Combo? Or somthing else?
I was thinking Lacerator, but I've never built one of those.

Lawbringer runeword? Decrepify will increase your Dtail-damage (also: it's way cheaper than a Reaper's Toll, I guess).

Btw; why Blade Shield if you're not running Venom? Or are you going to max that one?

Well I never used it before at all. So I wanted to check it out. From your comment however I guess I can take it that its no good without venom? Having It sorta made sence to me. Being a kicker I'm going to be on close contact with alot of things Might as well hurt them some when they surround me. Isn't a reapers toll 2 handed? I'd rather be able to use a sheild and sacrifice power. I can always get a might merc to up my damage.
Also I had another build I was thinking of trying after I get done with this one.
20 Claw mastery
20 Claws of thunder
20 Dragon tail
17 Shadow master {She gets her last upgrade at this level}
5 Burst of speed
10+ Phinex Strike {To up the damage of CoT}
What do you think?
And last of all, I wanted to know if CoT's charges release all at once. I know that PS charges are seprate.

Yep, you're right; Reaper's Toll is an Elite Scythe, but if you use one of those Mercs from Act 2 you can put it on him. Act 2 Mercs can use Spears, Polearms and Javelins, not Amazon-specific stuff, though.
I've only used Blade Shield once, and that was just because I had nothing else to invest in (it was a BearSin). IMHO it does amusingly low damage even if you max it and have a high damage weapon, but it's nice when combined with Venom, since Venom is carried by Blade Shield.
CoT... the charges aren't... hmm, how do I explain this... IIRC, if you have two charge-balls up then you'll get ONLY the Nova effect, and if you have three charge-balls you only get the Charged Bolt thing. You don't get all three of 'em with three charges. So, basically CoT's charges are also separate. And if you ask me, the second charge is way better than the third.
Btw, if you use two claws with the 'Fist'-skills (FoF, CoT, BoI) you can get 2 charge balls in one attack... Ok, not exactly "in one attack", but if you use two claws these skills will have the ability to strike twice in one 'click'.
