Hi - I search new high skilled members to an clan kalled FTW ( For the win )
You should have an highlvl char and good equip.
I havnt played for a year now, so i need some help in the beginning =)

Let me get this straight. You're just now starting anew, assumedly with no exceptionally high characters, presumably with no good gear, you've been out of the game for a year, and you want to start a clan rotating around high skilled fresh players with good equipment? Seems a little bit hypocritical to me.

Also, maybe you should note exactly what this clan is to be based around - PvM? PvP? Any particular rules?

Yes i know, but the reason for i quited d2 was because i got hacked.
I had the most of the equip in the game, 3 eni and a lot of other items.

PvP btw.

So high skilled that they cannot spell clan right, needs some grammar improvement too.

i do think it is funny that he just restarted and only wants high levels with uber gear to join his new clan.:rolleyes:

edit..now look what you've done...you got me so upset, i have developed a stutter...hope you are happy....now that i think about it, he might have problems understanding your apology in the above 3 languages...i would hazzard a guess that he is norse by the spelling and grammer used above.

In this case, FTW stands for For The Weak.

You have 6 posts so you can't expect to be trusted or anything for awhile.
Also, if you have no gear, it makes no sense to have high expectations from others either.
You don't just..get gear, you have to find/earn it.

I have 3 chars now fully equipped with very nice stuff but this "clan" of yours doesn't sound very professional :D

I just gotta say that postcounts mean nothing but how much time one spends on this forum! A first impression and continued reinforcement of being an earnest person is what counts.

The only way to get yourself a name on a forum is by posting.
If someone has a huge postcount, the chances that he's actually willing to risk all that (if talking about ie. scamming) because of an item, or something, are very slim.

There are some people here who have joined 3 years ago and have a few dozen posts, would you trust them and let's say; give a perfect pala torch first?
I know I wouldn't, simply because I know nothing about them.

You also get to know to people by playing with them, but I know I wouldn't let anyone mule my items or anything unless he has traded on this forum many many times and made many many posts.

First impression means nothing, anyone can act nice in the internet.
Scammers do that all the time, act nice, put lots of nice smileys and say that they have been scammed recently.

This guy in this thread made his first post when he made this thread.
Has he gotten himself a name yet? Has he showed continuous reinforcement..blabla?
No one knows him.

Only the last part in your post is what I agree on ("continued reinforcement of being an earnest person is what counts").

If the fact that I can come up with an argument you can't defend against makes me a loser, then so be it.

A couple points, just for fun really.

Klan has a pretty negative connotation in the US and some other areas probably. If you just mean Clan, you'll get a better response changing the spelling.

It does not make sense to make a requirement for joining decent gear then say you need help putting together some because you just restarted.

I dunno how this got onto the subject of trustworthiness, but there are many measures of trustworthy, make your own calls.
