Diablo walks the Earth

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes...

If you enter a game that already has people in it, and the 'Diablo walks the earth' message appears, does that mean that Clone Diablo is un-killed yet?

It always says that regardless of whether he has spawned or not, or is alive or not.

i thought after uberD is killed the sign is gone? i could be wrong. my bad

think of it like a box of cereal and you bought the one that says anni inside, the box still says it after you or someone else takes the anni out.

every time u enter that game it'll say it.
