Questions about rerolling skillers

Which GC's should I use for the best chance at skill charms, Baal GC only or GC's from other places? And what are the odds of rerolling any skiller/a specific one? Thanks!

I believe the odds of getting any skiller from a Hell Baal GC would be around 1:23. If you wanted to get any skiller with +36 to +45 life (pretty much the only reason why you would re-roll a Baal GC, for the possibility of getting +41 to 45 life) then it would be about a 1:580 chance.

As for whether or not to re-roll a Baal GC or another, it really doesn't make much of a difference. I remember Hrus showing the figures that indicated that you have a 1:22 chance of getting a skiller from a minimum ilvl GC (ilvl 50) and a 1:23 chance of getting a skiller from Baal. This means that if you have a Baal GC, you may as well re-roll that instead, if only to get the chance of getting +41-45 life as well.

the only reason to use baal gc is the possibility of 41-45 life.
a skiller needs level 50 (i think that nm flayer jungle etc. have this level).
you would take one of those for the best chance to get a skiller.

the chance to get a specific skiller is 0.2%, but since there are 21 different skillers, the chance to get any skiller is 4.2%

i don't know about the rest of you that reroll, but i have spent 1000's of gems and never gotten above a 35 lifer.and that came on a necro curse.:rolleyes: however i will keep plugging away at it.:thumbsup:

Same here, have only rolled one skiller with +3x life and that was a necro curse. Gave it to a mate for a new Baal charm to reroll.

Does the lvl of the character who reroll the charm affect ?
If i reroll with a lvl 1 mule, can i still get a skiller ?

hmm good question.
the cubing itself doesn't change the ilvl, that's for sure.
but since the mods need a certain clvl i think you will be getting only crappy mods...

hey, that is still much better than a curse one - It could be used in fact, although on a higly uncommon build. Besides, I would say, that any 45 life skiller is a collectors' item at worst:wink3: .

Are you guys talking about Normal Baal or does it have to be a charm from NM or even Hell Baal?

To get the most wanted mod on a skiller ( 41-45 life ) it has to be a charm from Hell Baal, Hell Diablo or Hell Nihlatak, shortly referred to as Baalcharm.
