Very nooby question

As the title goes, possibly noobiest question ever:

Does deadly strike stack?

For example, if I have Arioc´s Needle, which gives 50% deadly strike, as weapon and Highlord´s Wrath as amulet, and I would be level 81 that would be around 29% deadly strike from Highlord, so does it stack that I would have then 79% chance for deadly strike?

I checked Arreat Summit but I didn´t find any mention that deadly strike would stack.

Deadly strike from non weapon sources stack with deadly strike from weapon sources. However, deadly strike from two separate weapons will not stack with each other.
