If ETH titans reach 0, will they still work. Per this site they wont and the titans are ruined.

http://www.diabloii.net/items/ethereal.shtml

"Self-Repairing Throwing Items: These will refill themselves, but if they go to 0, they are ruined. The counter will refill, but you will not be able to equip them again. Ethereal Titan's Revenge are a popular item, but you'll need at least one spare stack of javelins to switch to when the Ethereal Titans get low."

is this still the case?

My regular titans replenish from 0 fine and are entirely functional, I do not believe this is true.

It generally works best to have something on swap anyway, however. I hvae a second titans + Rhyme.

I don't think so. I've thrown my eth titan to 0, and it replenished just fine. But that's just for throw-able. I heard if you use up the durability of an eth item with self-repair mod, it won't repair any more.

Titans does repair after getting to 0, eth or non eth. Atleast in 1.11. I am 100% sure on this from personal experience.

The indestructible and self-repair mod cannot occur on throwing weapons, only auto-replenishing is possible. There are two affixes with different replenishing rates.

In 1.09 and before, auto-replenishing throwing weapons stayed unusable once they had been shot empty, even though the stack replenished. That has been fixed in 1.10, although the shot empty ones from 1.09 still were unusable.
