If there was an exact clone of you somewhere in the world with the exact characters and items as yours, and both of you dueled with the same characters (i.e. your smiter vs clone smiter, bonemancer vs clone bonemancer), who would win?
I think that this hypo situation would depend on luck and first strike...
guess you answered the question yourself.
but how hilarious would it look if they would kill each other simultaneously.
reminds me of futurama when leela fights leela in "the farnsworth parabox".
"i know all her moves, therefore i have the upper hand."
"perfectly symmetrical violence never solved anything"^^
There are different strategies, and even if you and your clone would be aware of the same ones, you still would use one tactic when the other would maybe use another. And the tactic that would be the most appropriate would win. I mean you dont actually play the same, you dont think exactly as the other guy at the exact same time. Hope you get my point.

In some games you might win, but in other's you'll loose if you're an exact copy if your opponent.
Eg: chess... nn to explain that further
My clone would have different life experiences. You have to tell me how good his reflexes are and how much he has played D2, if it all.

Well, if you want to go that way...
Imagine someone with all the exact same things as you. For the sake of argument, someone from an exact same parrallel universe orso.
There is no difference between the two of you at all. But the second you start playing, the flow of air or earth's rotation might have that microscopical small difference at him, causing a different reaction in his brain, allowing him to make the same choice as you, only slightly faster or slower.
Exact things don't exist, never have and never will be. There will always be a difference, but most of the times it'll be so small we won't notice.
(isn't there some sort of scientific law about it?)

Chaos theory? Quantum mechanics?
Anyway, in such a situation I think the odds would be exactly 50/50. But it raises the question of where each of us are playing? Are the rooms both identical? Small things like air currents would make no difference or would work equally for and against both players.
I say we steal the mods cloaning machine and find out

Unless it's actually a matter duplicator or quantum assembler we'll always be older than our newly born clones.

Paper scissors rock.
I think that would be a better example.
Or maybe in between our examples.

Meh, you have a predictability factor, and if you're both identical, you both predict the same, or you counterpredict the other the same way. So...
I know in some games I can try this with some of my friends. After a few rounds, and by the look on their face (even pokerface) I can tell whether their next move is a lie (a game where you have the lie now and then, and predict when someone is trying to catch you, and then tell the truth only at that time), or in the case of PSR what they're going to choose

They were probably wearing identical looking gear. It's not uncommon for that to occur. Just look at the channels filled with hammerdins wearing the "standard" Archon plate, a flail, and a paper bag on their heads.

I always wanted a quest that would do that, so you can't just rely on gear to win.
