Bone Spear Damage?

Out of curiosity, I asked a necro in my game how much damage his bone spear did. He said "15k". Is this at all possible? How high do your skills have to be for that much damage?

I don't know if that's possible, and I very much doubt it.

My bonermancer has 20 BSpear, 20 BSpirit, 20 BWall, 20BPrison and 13 in Teeth with level 32 BSpear and it doesn't go past 2,7k.

I highly doubt thats possible, unless hes on open an hes hacked. My lvl86 bone necro has lvl 50 spear hes got gear that even i am surprised i was able to get. But even at lvl 50 spear my bspear only does 5k, now i havent maxed teeth yet but am putting points into it an i am sure tht once it is maxed the spear will only do closer to 6k. If not close to then just over.Hmmmm 15k would be way awesome though, but i doubt it.

My Bone Spear does ~5.2K right now. 15K is impossible. Whoever told you he had a 15K bone spear is just trying to increase the size of his e-manhood.

Well lets have a little fun with this one, Of course spear could do 15k. Weapons you use 2 whites 16+ skills per weapon, bugged fort 2k ED, Dream helm w/2x200 ed jewels and of course the main mod would be 1k fcr for those hard to reach breakpoints, Belt Arachs 9+ to skills (hard to get a perfect one these days!)Boots Superduper tri-bugged marrowwalks 3 times the amount of all bs they say they do of course they are only 1.11 so not as good as they use to be, Gloves Hey hands down (no pun) Frosties 4.5k to mana - mana regen 500% before you get hit other mods of course are irrelevant besides the teleport charges 100 and they replenish, Ammy Maras Mother (very rare) 100 to all res 150% increase per act. 14 PnB`s some had to be put sideways and the FHR-Life mods cant be recorded (off the charts). I think this Nec really shines with the rings of course they had to be duped because only one has ever existed, 1+skills based on character level, can not be affected by magic, can not be frozen-fried-electrocuted or made to eat cianide. So after carefull math i still come up with 13.93333333 k damage, I think the person was a little off by maybe 8-8.5 k Because im the only one that has the build i described and then that damm alarm clock goes off. Hahahaha! That's a complete lie! If you look at the skill calculator at a maximum possible SLVL Bone Spear (SLVL 59*), fully synergized, you'll see that it does 7048-7385. And there is no other way of increasing it besides synergies and increasing it's SLVL.

No, it won't work. +3 PB is Magical.
But I came to think of another thing; add the effect of a Skill-shrine (+2 All) and you've got yourself a SLVL 61 Bone Spear (7365-7715). Now, that's something to write home about! ;)

Don't let this thread get you down. 15k is impossible. Only on open with those anni looking small charms adding + skills is it possible. As stated above the upper 7000's is about max and or very low 8000 but then you would not be casting fast enough.

15k at 125% would make every pvp opponent run for his/her life LOL.

Dow all kidding aside and i hope you enjoyed my previous post. It was meant at being fun not making fun of your question. The highest i acheived with high equipment and 9 Pnb GC`s at level 95 was 8200 with spear. But i also had a few skells, mages (8) and a clay golem. I could solo anything in the game, (i did not do solo ubers) but ill tell you one thing in my experience at level 85 i could still solo the game, its all about the strategy of play, sure the high damage helps but if you take your time and play smart you can acheive anything in this game. (minus ubers, unless you have the great buddies from the forum of course:) Sometimes people worry so much about the damage that they forget there is actually some strategy to this darn game. If with 3-4 k damage you can acheive what you need, mfng-quest or just plain fun then you have the best character in the game because it`s what you want and thats really the ultimate Quest.

Something that is even more rediculous is when you hear a necromancer say that his level 4 teeth does around 2000 damage.

i have enigma, shako, 2x bk3, white(+3 bonespear)(cta on other hand), darkforce (+3 pb) ,arach and mara + 9 skillers and torch (still missing anni), im on (lvl 53) 6098 - 6395 dmg but usually i use hoto and homulucus for the resist and then im on (lvl 47)5148-5405 guess there isent much more you can boost the dmg with if you dont wanna loose other stats

lol spear makes more dmg then spirit in end level so i guess you arent realy sure what ur talking about
