Trang Necro BPs?

Hello boys and girls...

My necro reached 65 yesterday and got to wear full trang's, finally. Everything is nice and cool, except that he seems to recover from hits quite a bit slower than before. The casting animation is also a big issue, but I know nothing can be done to counter that... Other than, not wear trang's. But I like it. So there.

Just wanted to know if the FHR/FBR rates of the necromancer apply exactly the same way when transformed into a ghoul lord?

im not sure if this carries over to FHR/FBR but this should explain your casting issues....
