skills turning off

I am playing a werebear druid, i'm level 26. everytime i play seems that when i get to battle my skills switch off. Like i just transformed and then i'll just transform back in to my human for cause my skills switch from maul to werebear form and i'm not doing it. I was wondering if it was a problem or just something stupid happening to me.....

Hum... You can switch skills with the mouse wheel, maybe you do that by accident?
Or they hit you down to 1hp, and automatically force you to morph back.

i don't switch weapons, maybe its my mouse and i should get a new one. Maybe when i and clicking away, the button somehow hits the wheel lol.
