a 250dmg martel (let's say)
20pts in vengeance
20pts in holy shock
20pts in resist lightning
let's say 20pts in resist cold
80pts - 12? = level 68
str for martel and max life
angelic rings+amu to hit the barbs
or maybe ~100dex and 2x 110AR +9min dmg rings
and a nice amu
how much damage would he do?
could he make a 1hit KO using shift+attack?

I think I would still go for the Angelics with maybe one 9 to min damage ring.
If I understand the Vengeance calculator correctly (It's in German and my German Diablo lingo is quite non-existant)
Your charscreen would say you do 2380 damage with just the vengeance. Given the above added % of damage, that might just be right.
so that would be about 400 or so damage pvp if the target has exactly zero for all his resists.
Then there's the Holy Shock damage(when you have that aura active) of 1-530, which translates to about 1-90 pvp damage if the target has zero for his lightning resists, giving you some 490 total damage per vengeance hit if the target's resists all equal zero.
On any given (bvb) barb the resists might be zero, but you would have to hit him at least 6 times while trying to avoid/survive his WW's.
On anything else you will encounter resists, lots of them.
Personally, I don't think a Venger pvp is feasable in classic with such a division of skills. I think I would just use Vengers to kill monsters.

Maybe using Conviction instead of Holy Shock will make you do more damage.
You would be higher then 68 because you forgot to add in the skill points from Prereqs :P
