Some Help Please

I have played diablo2 on and off for the past 6 years and always since expansion came out have played druids. I have had numerous high 70's and 80's but never one who excelled i enjoy the shifter bear for its tanking ability but never seem to be able to deal the damage I hear everyone talking about. Normaly the weapon used is 2h ik or bonesnap with shael I also enjoy the elementalist with fire but still was never able to acheive high numbers like others. I was hoping some one could help me out with some good builds and suggestions. thanks
