Harmony lvlreq?

If i make runeword harmony in 39lvlreq bow, what will the lvl req be?
I have been thinking this for a long time :( please tell me
Highest rune in harmony is ko rune

A runeword will have the level req of the highest rune or the base item, i.e. 39 - both the bow and the Ko rune have that level req.
