Which Necro build?

I just recently came back to d2 and decided to start HC (useast). Im not really familiar with necros and i really need help with a build. Item suggestions will be appreciated.

Considering that you're going untwinked (are you?) a fishy would be the best. Search the necro forum for a fishymancer build and you're set. :)

The Fishymancer was named after forum member Nightfish (pretty sure I have the name correct) who is generally credited with detailing the build.
