Echoing XXX of Lifetap?

Is it possible to shop a Echoing of Lifetap from a NPC? If it is, then what is the chance? One in how many? Was just wondering, if I'm just wasting my time running act5 Malah to get a Echoing Balanced Knife (she doesn't sell other 2 space daggers in Hell) of Lifetap for my BvC, so that I could save some space.

It is possible but im sure it will take you ages to buy it... Took me 1.5h to shop echoing balanced knife... -.- And you even want "of lifetap" suffix which is lowering your chances to get it by alot...

I want it to be 2-3 spaces, so that I do not need any empty space in inventory if I want to swap my bo weapons for something. And I already bought 2x +3 wc balanced knives in 40 minutes -_-'

well it is possible, i shoped mine from a5 hell in a balanced knife 3wc life tap, i got really lucky, took me 2 hours. dont know what the odds are though. youve just got to pray it doesnt come in elite form as the dex is scary for a bvc.

How old is that picture? IIRC, the lifetap on wands is only 97 charges and lvl 5.

Damn, the best I could get was +2 wc of lifetap balanced. But, cannot bother with it anymore, found out that I'm too un-godly to play without Dual Dooms :smiley:

Lvl6 is the max you can get for life tap. According to arreat summit (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/magic/chargedsuffixes.shtml), you need ilvl=99 to get lvl6 life tap, which means you need to be clvl94+ to shop one (ilvl=clvl+5 when shopping).

No, it does not work (which is not a very good description of the problem BTW :rolleyes: ). A page "file traffic over" is displayed which means it's not a gatewall/gateway issue, but that the web site doesn't want to display it anymore, e.g. because the image is too old or it generated too much traffic.

I'm also getting "file traffic over" now. Oh well, it's just a picture of "Echoing Flying Knife of Lifetap" with +3 War Cries and 100+ changes of Lvl6 Lifetap.
