some question about melee mancers

is it possible to hit 4 frame attack ? what would be the breakpoints? if 4 is not possible then what about 5 frames?
what about Zeal from passion runeword?

question what would be the point of using zeal? the only kind of melee necro i have ever seen is a psn dagger necro... so i would go with that but if you were going with zeal you would need some serious equipment

and what are you using also? you need a good might merc with maybe infinty and dream helm and fort

Also what a IG? made out of Ik maul or what?
