The pvp penalty for spirit of barbs?

It seems pally thorn suffers 1/10 pvp, necro IM 1/4.

How about spirit of barbs ?

Assuming 1000% damage returned (For easy calculation), I would like ot know the % of damage returned to player without considering the DR equips.

Also does it matter if opponent hit on the druid himself or the minions such as wolves?

To be really honest with you. Spirit of barbs is a waist of time. It doesn't do enuff for pvp. You would be alot better with a diffent spirit.
