Frenzy or Double Swing?

Which one is better?
please give pros and cons of both of them

what are the breakpoints for these skills?

Frenzy as main attack, Double Swing as a synergy is what I've seen most people use.

Double swing doesn't have the speed (both attacking, and run/walk) as Frenzy.

Frenzy eats up mana (oh well), whereas higher level DS doesn't.

double swing is faster than frenzy even when the DS itself is not frenzied

double swing is useful as a killing skill itself even on a frenzy barb when you frenzy it up against big crowds of low hp monsters, like flayers

if you want to specialize in crushing blow DS wins again
