GPA Ebotd questions

hi all,

I was wonderin how much IAS you need for Bp's with a great pole axe ebotd weapon. (sorry if charts are available, could I get a link if they are?)

also, what is the highest possible damage weapon a WW barb can have?

Maybe eth 3soc tomb reaver with ohm runes?

ebotd thunder maul?

and if you have time, how is this set up for a WW barb using ebotd GPA

this is a PvM character, I hardly ever get into PvP so I don't know much about it im sure he could be a alright PvPer too?

one handed bps/all sword bps for ww: -10, -34

two handed bps (not including swords) for ww, -10, -30, -60

gpa is base 0

botd gives 60 ias

therefore exactly hits last bp at -60

the dual leech makes botd superior to tomb reaver for pvm, allowing you to use dual ravens since ww barbs have BIG AR problems

botd covers dual leech so put on laying of hands, the demon damage boost is huge

if you are rich get a might merc with pride, this should take your ww max to around 16k if you wear fort too

tmaul is too slow, only hits -40

tests show me hitting about 13k WW with pride/might merc without fortitude, pretty impressive.

No fortitude for me though, I think i need to str from nigma for this set up, if i was to put on fortitude i need to get my hands on some things i dont have, ie a godly barb ammy with big str bonus or a ring with big str bonus

Remember IAS on anything other than weapon doesn't matter with ww, so botd GP has exactly the right amount of speed for ww. Steelrends also a good choice for gloves, bit pricey though. Also I'd probably skip the skill point in increased speed with a ww barb.

My ebotd gp ww barb does about 10k ww without merc, I wear fort though. A very fun char to play as long as there are no obliv knights around like in chaos and worldstone. I believe I'm around 4.2k life, and 8k ar with charms, 1 raven, and metalgrid ammy which also gives me max resists in hell.

This char makes excellent dest key runner. I just ww through enemies on my way there killing most in 1-2 whirls, whirl through PIs to get past them as well. I don't worry about the corpses around Nilathak as long as there is something for me to leech from his CE doesn't hurt me enough to kill me. I just keep whirling til all are dead, mop up any PIs and hopefully pick up a key (got 5 keys in about 10 runs the other day). Only problems I have is the occasional large mob of serpents (like 8+ hitting me at once) and their buggy damage attacks, or if there are mostly PIs down there the mana burn ghosts as well. Those runs can be tricky.

Hey omikron I have another question.

you need to be at -60 base weapon speed for fastestWW bp right?

so with a tomb reaver, in order to hit -60 base, since the weapon is speed 10 then has 60 ias on it, that means in order to hit last bp using tombreaver i would need additional 10% ias?

so like if I socketed the tomb reaver with a 15 ias jewel then i would be hitting last WW bp?

you don't need str from enigma

ebotd gpa needs 134/70 str/dex

arreats gives 20

torch gives 10-20

war travs gives 10

extra charms can give you more

enigma will only hurt your whirlwind due to the big run/walk boost

cryptic axe is base 10

tomb gives 60

so you need 10 more
