magic finding question

i have a scepter with 2 sockets, i put in 2 Uhm runes "maybe?" that gives 30% better MF, do i get the 30% MF benefit only if i kill monsters with melee? or do i get the 30% benefit if i kill monster with blessed hammer as well?

so long as you acctually kill the monster, you get the bonus...doesn't matter how you kill them, so long as it is you that makes the kill ;-)

and when it says like 7% life/mana stolen (on weapon/armor/shield/helm), do i have to melee? or say if i do 2k damage with my BH, i get 140 mana?

I would strongly suggest to play without cheats as Shadowmaster and item packs. The game is much more enjoyable then.

i dont play with cheats, i use cheats to test out certain things such as andariel bugs

i actually have 3 decent characters that i play with...

cheat characters are more for analytical purposes
and also to see which build is strong so i can make a character and build it from lvl 1 =)
