Why those charms are so wanted, for cubing? Can you get skillers with life by cubing it and what are the chances for that ?

Yes, Baal, Diabla and Nilathak GC's are the most coveted because they can gain be skillers with up to +45 life mod. The chances of rolling those mods are pretty rare, but when you do get one with those mods, they are very valuable.

Skiller charms can start to drop in Act 3 of NM, but the best ones are from the bosses I mentioned above.
