increase atack speed

do you know what weapons have the "50% increased atacks speed" like the staff in act2? it's because with that staff i was atacking very very fast with my bear and wolf and now, they are both veeeeeery slow. and where can i found/buy those weapons?

You can find increased attack speed on lots of runewords and uniques, though the only on I can think of off the top of my head with 50% IAS is the Ribcracker Quarterstaff, which also has some very nice melee stats. You could probably get a low end one for some Perfect Gems.
