my bonermancer... can solo in pvm?

hi... currently my bonermancer is lvl 80 right now, and it seems hard to kill monsters while in baal runs lol. so far i'm just cursing the monsters with amplify dmg and corpse exploding them in baal runs, behind the protection of my bone wall.


and i kinda find that corpse explosion isn't really that effective(tried on a bunch of monsters in worldstone keep lvl 2) in mass killing, or am i wrong?

how do u solo a bonermancer it a nihlathak run btw? cast bone prison on all monsters and kill some monsters and use CE?

Use CE on the high HP monsters (ie. Pit Lords, Frenzytaurs, etc.). Combined with Amp, it should cause massive damage to everything else. Maybe the problem is you accidently blowing up crappy low life minions.

just checking, CE is 50% phy damage and 50% fire right? so if the monsters are cursed with amp dmg, they get 100% phy and 50% fire?

and decryptify reduces the phy resistances of a monster by 50% too right? but would that be effective with CE too? thanks.

Yes, CE deals half physical and half fire damage. And Decrepify does lower physical resists by 50%, which will help with CE damage.

bone necs can solo hell fairly easily. good use of bone walls spear and decripify is the way to go.

if your gonna be a bonemancer, you need to max all the bone skills/synergies

20 teeth
20 spear
20 spirit
20 wall

1 in armor

get as many as you can into prison once you have your curses and your golem picked...and possible a few more into CE

1 in revives helps alot also especially when you tele. try summoning big revives like urdars, frenzy trees, gargantuan beasts etc..

only if you you have a slow dial up connection.

Forget wha ppl sayabout laggy summoners...just summon the hell out of whatever you want...if they lag it's thier problem they can leave the game ;-)

i made a bone/summon hybrid, and i can solo pretty much everything up to baal.
however, kill speed is kinda slow for somethings, and i think im going to remake a pure summoner... thatll be sick. or max ce and invest in other curses instead of puttin pts into bone skillz

jonpop i dont think you have much experience playing necros by your statements.

1 in ce should work ok with the + skills from items, rest summons.

not true...only if you have a slow comp or a slow connection (a bad bad nec rumor!)

so many times i have been yelled at in games, "hey *insert cuss word/name* stop laggin the game"...oh brother...im so tempted to just raise the hell out of that baal room and then bone walla like a mad man :grin: ...hmm....maybe i will next time i hear that....:grin:
