if i have exploding arrow mod on bow will adding points in fire arrow synergize the exploding arrow mod?

will + to all skills or + to zon skills increase the level of exploding arrow mod?

where can i find what level of exploding arrow/bolt is on the bows/xbows?

you will get the synergy bonus to the exploding arrow damage, but you cannot increase the actual level of the exploding arrow from +skills

you might as well just use your own exploding arrow skill...
