Are there any normal monsters in hell that are both cold and also physical immune? And where can they be found?

Apart from the all but physical immune pit lords in the Über areas, there are only very few regular dual immunes in the game. A few skeletons are poison+cold or poison+lightning immune, but there are no PI+something ones IIRC.
