In 1.07/1.08 up to 15% was possible, but now 10% is the max.

Sorry for highjack,
I was searching for stats on crafted items in 1.07 but I couldn't find any kind of web page with it. Is there any reliable source?

There's a 1.07 FAQ linked somewhere in the SPF stickies, but it doesn't have the exact stats. IIRC Dii.net still has stats on 1.08 cubing recipes, which were the same as in 1.07, only with all of them enabled. Check the FAQ for which work in 1.07 then check the stats at the crafting page.
