Is HCCL dead?

The past few times ive logged into East HCCL theres only 3-4 people on and no games up... that left me with nothing to do so I just uninstalled D2. That was a few weeks ago. I have been playing WoW but my computer is too laggy for it and im dyin to go back to D2... sadly the HCCL days of D2 seem to be over.

Is this true? In the beggining of the season there were alot of people playing constantly, there was always something to do. I know when Season 4 starts things will pick up again... but is HCCL dead?

pretty much daed... op tofc you will find some people but general open games for anyone are rare.. I only play private mf cs or cs with a small group of friends. Open public cs is very rare

Squiggle and me just started some charactors up on HC the other night together. Were still in act 1 but were there. We don't play to often due to an 11 hour difference in time zones between us. Usually on the weekends. If you want to hook up sometime drop me a line. Just please, don't spam the heck outta me like that guy just did a few minutes ago. Almost caused my zon's death in the cow level. I'll reply when I get a chance. I promise.

Is it better for SC on your Servers? On Europe Hell i have never seen more than say 12 public open games :-(

In Norm/NM there were much more open games...

SC is still rammed with hell games most times of the day. HC is to HC for most people :)

I have a 91, so pretty much the only people that would be of any use to play with are csers, which is like nobody, unless they are all private csing that I dont know about.

HCCL on east is dead id say, west has a few good priv cs runs from what ive heard, and, of course, europe is great :D

I haven't been playing for a few weeks, but I have been checking the ladders and it looks like the West movers are still moving. But, it's mostly on the weekends and typically it will either start as a private run, or open in public and then go private once it fills up. depends on who is hosting and how many friends they have online.

In Europe you have more of an aristocracy, but in UsWest or UsEast hardcore, if you keep playing your char and leveling up solo, and every now and then you find a CS run to hop into, you will eventually make the right friends. Good luck to all the HCCL players out there.

Well, Classic itself is prety much dead concidering the large amounts of games that are up for LOD. HCCL is definitely fun, but the lack of people to play with is irritating. I have like 3 accounts on hccl but noone to play with. The loss of population can ruin an online game with eas. Id love to play with anyone even if id be pushing you along with my chanter n boba(east). but you gotta do what you gotta do. Id just play on europe, i only hear good things.
