how the hell can same item type (executioner sword) with cruel prefix get different clvl requirement!? without second mod, same item lvl, bought from larzuk.

here is example:
a) cruel executioner sword, ilvl 90, 287ed, lvl requirement 43
b) cruel executioner sword, ilvl 90, 226ed, lvl requirement 48

lvl 85 character bought them from larzuk.

wtf!? is there some explanation for this? it's driving me crazy so thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this and save my sanity

In 1.10, when they enabled the cruel prefix on rare items they didn't actually enable the cruel prefix on rare items. They created a second prefix (also) called cruel that can spawn on rare items. Like all affixes that can spawn on rare items, this new affix can spawn on magic items, too.

magic-only cruel prefix requires clvl 43
rare-enabled cruel prefix requires clvl 48

There are two "Cruel" prefix entries in MagicPrefix.txt. One has an alvl of 51, clvl of 43 and the other has an alvl of 56, clvl of 48. The only other differences between them is that the "clvl48 Cruel prefix" has a lower chance to spawn, but can spawn on rares.

thank you very much for fast answers.

I noticed that since 1.10 some cruels had clvl req 48 but I never bothered thinking about it, I just assumed some item types got higher clvl req for cruel. few days ago I bought these two swords on same day so that got my attention and was annoying me since then.
