i am building a orb/sf sorceress but not sure on how much to mana and life

have 60 to str for frost burn and 51 to dex

any suggestions

I go all Vit sorcies. If your using frosties/shard mana should not be to much of a problem.
60 str is enough

If you can get an FCR ammy then go for magefists instead of frosties so you can reach the 80fcr BP

That's with necs and pallys. Sorcs and barbs have 70/110 respectively.

It reduces the time it takes to cast the spell, but the delay will remain the same.
