there's a rare/excp/elite item (i forgot which) called duriel's shell or something very similar, is it only dropped by hell/uber duriel? or can monsters in normal lvl drop it too (if im very very lucky)

Duriel Shell is a unique cuiress (exceptional breast plate) which can drop in like act3 nightmare already iirc

Not all monsters, as it is exceptional.
It is monsters from act3 NM and so on.
