Best build with full tals?

Whats the best build to use with full tals? orb/meteor?

my personal opinion would be meteor. just cuz meteor does more dmg at lower lvls (around 20) while orb you want to have really high to work good.

What? 20 points in Frozen Orb and 1 in Cold Mastery and you have yourself a good killer.

Use both, and fireball as well. In other words, I am recommending the meteorb build.my personal opinion would be meteor. just cuz meteor does more dmg at lower lvls (around 20) while orb you want to have really high to work good.Displayed damage means almost nothing. The skill mechanics of orb allow you to hit the enemy many times with 1 orb.
